Reviews from lab results · vendors can't buy a grade

Editorial policy

How a review gets written

Every review on Peptide Vendor Reviews starts from lab certificates, not from the vendor's own claims. This page covers where the numbers come from, who writes the verdicts, and what happens when we get something wrong.

Sources

  • Lab tests. Third-party certificates for identity, purity and fill, mostly vials bought by the public and sent to independent labs. Each result links to its certificate.
  • Customer reviews. Published reviews from public review platforms, quoted with the reviewer's name as published and a link to the original. We never write, edit or generate reviews.
  • Storefront checks. Whether the vendor's site loads and still lists products, with the date we last checked.

Who writes the verdicts

Reviews are written by the Peptide Vendor Reviews editorial team and bylined to the team. The grade itself is arithmetic: it follows the published rubric and nobody can change it by hand. The written verdict explains what the grade means for that shop.

We are not clinicians. Nothing here is medical advice, and the products discussed are sold for laboratory research only.

Money

Some outbound links may earn a commission. That never changes a grade, the order of a list, or whether a failed test is shown. Vendors cannot pay to be reviewed, removed or re-graded.

Corrections and vendor replies

If a number is wrong, email corrections@peptidevendorreviews.org with the certificate or batch number. Confirmed errors are fixed and the review shows an updated date. Vendors can send newer certificates; they are added once the lab confirms them, and older results stay visible.
