Our read on Simple Peptide

28 of Simple Peptide's 47 graded samples passed (60%), and 49% of all samples were sent in by buyers rather than by the shop.

Results are improving: 88% passed over the latest six months, up from 45% before.

When a sample failed, the most common reason was purity under 99.5% (15 times).

1 sample failed identity, meaning the lab could not confirm the vial held the labelled peptide.

Against the 302 shops with at least five graded tests, Simple Peptide's pass rate is at or above 21% of them, and it has more tests on record than 76% of them.

Tirzepatide is the only strong result

Simple Peptide has 34 independent tests on file, run between April 2025 and August 2026 at five labs, including Krause Analytical and BTLabs. Tirzepatide is the one product that graded B.

Retatrutide is the most-tested product here, with 12 samples, and it graded E. BPC-157, CJC-1295, Melanotan II and Semaglutide also graded E, and Ipamorelin graded D.

Fill is the weak point. 10 of 30 vials measured for fill came in more than 5% under the label, a third of them.

Buying from Simple Peptide

Simple Peptide lists a Florida address. We don't track its prices yet, so check the cost per mg on its site before you buy.

What to check before you pay

  • The lot number on the vial matches the certificate - The certificate shows the measured amount, not just purity - Fill versus label on anything other than Tirzepatide - A refund policy in writing
